DMBT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMBT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,538 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMBT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, BCCIP, and MRPS15. Each is linked with DMBT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMBT1-to-partner and partner-to-DMBT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMBT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMBT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
