Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DMAP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DMAP1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher DMAP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DMAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, LUSC, and COAD are the cancer types where DMAP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
