DMAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,071 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGIF2, STMN1, and PRCC. Each is linked with DMAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DMAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMAP1 versus TGIF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
