DMAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, p70-S6K, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with DMAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DMAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR grouped by DMAP1-low versus DMAP1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
