Across TCGA cell cohorts, DMAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,390 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, RNA catabolic process, and Nucleic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with DMAP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DMAP1 results are reported.
