Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMAC2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,446 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DMAC2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO1, CNN3, and OPTN. Each is linked with DMAC2L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAC2L-to-partner and partner-to-DMAC2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMAC2L versus FMO1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMAC2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMAC2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
