DMAC2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMAC2L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMAC2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Heregulin, and JNK2. Each is linked with DMAC2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAC2L-to-partner and partner-to-DMAC2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by DMAC2L-low versus DMAC2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMAC2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMAC2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
