DMAC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMAC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,128 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMAC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP5C, HNRNPUL1, and IRF2BP1. Each is linked with DMAC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAC2-to-partner and partner-to-DMAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMAC2 versus PPP5C in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
