DMAC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMAC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,264 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHF, SMOC2, and C1QTNF2. Each is linked with DMAC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAC2-to-partner and partner-to-DMAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMAC2 versus SHF in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
