DMAC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMAC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT5a, eEF2, and ERK2. Each is linked with DMAC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAC2-to-partner and partner-to-DMAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT5a grouped by DMAC2-low versus DMAC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
