DMAC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,513 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMAC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RANBP6, UHRF2, and PSIP1. Each is linked with DMAC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAC1-to-partner and partner-to-DMAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMAC1 versus RANBP6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
