DMAC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DMAC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,565 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DMAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT12, RNA5SP498, and MAP7D1. Each is linked with DMAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DMAC1-to-partner and partner-to-DMAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DMAC1 versus TRMT12 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DMAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DMAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
