DLX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 128 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNRF4, OR12D3, and CSH1. Each is linked with DLX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX6-to-partner and partner-to-DLX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNRF4 grouped by DLX6-low versus DLX6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
