DLX6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,734 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLX5, DYNC1I1, and ADD2. Each is linked with DLX6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX6-to-partner and partner-to-DLX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLX6 versus DLX5 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
