DLX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35C2P1, MRPL49P1, and PGBD4P2. Each is linked with DLX5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX5-to-partner and partner-to-DLX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC35C2P1 grouped by DLX5-low versus DLX5-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
