DLX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, STAT3_pY705, and Tuberin. Each is linked with DLX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX5-to-partner and partner-to-DLX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by DLX5-low versus DLX5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
