The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DLX3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DLX3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where DLX3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
