Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,770 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC35A1, SEC24A, and SGSM3. Each is linked with DLX3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX3-to-partner and partner-to-DLX3 results are reported.
