DLX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,821 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYGL, DAAM1, and GALNT16. Each is linked with DLX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX3-to-partner and partner-to-DLX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLX3 versus PYGL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
