DLX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 978 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7-2, IGHD2-2, and CYCSP32. Each is linked with DLX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX3-to-partner and partner-to-DLX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7-2 grouped by DLX3-low versus DLX3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
