Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2, OR10A4, and OR11H6. Each is linked with DLX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX3-to-partner and partner-to-DLX3 results are reported.
