DLX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KL, CYLC1, and OR4F6. Each is linked with DLX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX2-to-partner and partner-to-DLX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KL grouped by DLX2-low versus DLX2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
