DLX2-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX2-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,997 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX2-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, Mitotic spindle organization, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with DLX2-DT in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX2-DT-to-partner and partner-to-DLX2-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis grouped by DLX2-DT-low versus DLX2-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX2-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX2-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
