DLX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,973 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED28P4, SNRPEP7, and RPS10P21. Each is linked with DLX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLX1-to-partner and partner-to-DLX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED28P4 grouped by DLX1-low versus DLX1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
