DLST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,731 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3H14, PPP4R3A, and BAG5. Each is linked with DLST in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLST-to-partner and partner-to-DLST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLST versus ZC3H14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLST→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
