DLST

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLST protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,998 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLST-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERG28, CSF2RB, and ZC3H14. Each is linked with DLST in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLST-to-partner and partner-to-DLST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLST versus ERG28 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLST→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
