DLST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLST-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT112P1, RN7SL429P, and RNU6-18P. Each is linked with DLST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLST-to-partner and partner-to-DLST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMT112P1 grouped by DLST-low versus DLST-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLST→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
