DLL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,702 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP15, MVP, and TPX2. Each is linked with DLL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLL3-to-partner and partner-to-DLL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLL3 versus UTP15 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
