DLL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, Cyclin-B1, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with DLL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLL3-to-partner and partner-to-DLL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by DLL3-low versus DLL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
