DLL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,387 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA12B_S434, GSTK1, and ARMC10. Each is linked with DLL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLL1-to-partner and partner-to-DLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
