DLL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 378 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPC4AP, UQCC1, and HM13. Each is linked with DLL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLL1-to-partner and partner-to-DLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
