Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DLGAP5P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DLGAP5P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DLGAP5P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DLGAP5P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, ESCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where DLGAP5P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
