DLGAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLGAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLGAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad1, Claudin-7, and eEF2. Each is linked with DLGAP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLGAP3-to-partner and partner-to-DLGAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad1 grouped by DLGAP3-low versus DLGAP3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLGAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLGAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
