DLGAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Jun_pS73, Cyclin-E1, and ERK2. Each is linked with DLGAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DLGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Jun_pS73 grouped by DLGAP1-low versus DLGAP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
