DLG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLG3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with DLG3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLG3-to-partner and partner-to-DLG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by DLG3-low versus DLG3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
