Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,952 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DLG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, NARF, and OIP5. Each is linked with DLG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLG2-to-partner and partner-to-DLG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCER1A grouped by DLG2-low versus DLG2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
