DLG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 449 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTR6, FETUB, and KLRG1. Each is linked with DLG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLG2-to-partner and partner-to-DLG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTR6 grouped by DLG2-low versus DLG2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
