Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,061 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of potassium ion import, Establishment of centrosome localization, and Membrane repolarization during action potential. Each is linked with DLG1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLG1-to-partner and partner-to-DLG1 results are reported.
