Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DLEU7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DLEU7 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher DLEU7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DLEU7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, PAAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where DLEU7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
