The most reproducible DLEU7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, Protein destabilization, and Regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with DLEU7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLEU7-to-partner and partner-to-DLEU7 results are reported.
