DLEU7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLEU7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLEU7-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNG, TPD52L3, and KRTAP17-1. Each is linked with DLEU7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLEU7-to-partner and partner-to-DLEU7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLEU7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLEU7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
