DLEU2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLEU2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,925 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLEU2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA2, ARHGAP31_S863, and ARHGAP35. Each is linked with DLEU2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLEU2-to-partner and partner-to-DLEU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DLEU2 versus MTA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLEU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLEU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
