DLEU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLEU1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLEU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6775, AQP7P2, and RNU6-1301P. Each is linked with DLEU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLEU1-to-partner and partner-to-DLEU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6775 grouped by DLEU1-low versus DLEU1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLEU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLEU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
