DLC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMS, ZMYND19, and PHF5A. Each is linked with DLC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLC1-to-partner and partner-to-DLC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYMS grouped by DLC1-low versus DLC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
