Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DLAT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DLAT data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DLAT Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DLAT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, PRAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where DLAT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
