DLAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DLAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,197 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2OR2-8, RNU6-1067P, and RPL23AP4. Each is linked with DLAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLAT-to-partner and partner-to-DLAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV2OR2-8 grouped by DLAT-low versus DLAT-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DLAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DLAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
