Across TCGA cell cohorts, DLAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,064 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DLAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA, Meiotic sister chromatid cohesion, centromeric, and Meiotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with DLAT in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DLAT-to-partner and partner-to-DLAT results are reported.
