Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DKKL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DKKL1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher DKKL1 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DKKL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
LUAD, SARC, and LIHC are the cancer types where DKKL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
