Across TCGA patient cohorts, DKK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,781 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, FLNA, and ACTN1. Each is linked with DKK3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKK3-to-partner and partner-to-DKK3 results are reported.
