DKK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DKK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,596 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DKK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPFIA2, SORCS2, and CARMN. Each is linked with DKK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DKK3-to-partner and partner-to-DKK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DKK3 versus PPFIA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DKK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DKK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
